Adding a Custom Theme to a Brandfolder

Custom Themes allow you to customize the look and feel of your Brandfolder. Use your own colors for the color bar, add a header image, and use your own imagery for your Brandfolder's login screen or the Brandfolder card view.

How to add a header Image

1.  From your Brandfolder, select the gear icon in the top right portion of the window and then select Basic Settings.
2.  Within the Basic Settings pane, select Upload within the Header Image section.

3.  Choose your image and select Upload.
4.  Select Update Brandfolder to save your changes.

What size of graphic should you upload?

The background image adjusts depending on the size of the user’s monitor. We recommend sizing your graphic at 1920 x 480 pixels and keeping the content you want displayed near the center or the image. This will ensure your graphic fills all screen sizes and that your most important content doesn’t get cropped out.

How to add a card Image

By default, the first asset in the Logo section of your Brandfolder will be used as the image displayed when:
     A.   Viewing your Brandfolder from the My Brands page, or
     B.   When selecting your Brandfolder from the My Brands drop-down

To override the default image for your card-view, follow these steps:
1.  From your Brandfolder, select the gear icon in the top right portion of the window and then select Basic Settings.
2.  Within the Basic Settings pane, select Upload within the Card Image section.
3.  Choose your image and select Upload.
4.  Select Update Brandfolder to save your changes.

Enabling Branded Login

An additional option for Brandfolder is to utilize the same imagery in the Brandfolder login screen as the header image. So long as your Brandfolder is private (not stealth), the same image used as the header image will also display on the login screen.

Enabling the Custom Color Bar

You can also modify the default color of the color bar in your Brandfolder. The color bar is the horizontal divider between your brand's links and the section titles. By default, Brandfolder will use the first color in your Colors section. If you have multiple colors, Brandfolder will display the first two colors in your Colors section as a left-to-right gradient color bar.
