Real-time Event Feed Integrations

Event Feed integrations are available to all Enterprise level plans and as an add-on to other plans.

To access the different integrations, first click on Events & Analytics in the settings dropdown of your Brandfolder (available as an option to all Admins).

Google Analytics

You can use Google Analytics to gather even more data from your Brandfolder. You'll get access to every single event happening inside your Brandfolder. Step-by-step setup instructions can be found here.

Webhooks

Entering a URL in the Webhook section will allow you to follow the Event Feed in real-time if you have a system in place to process the webhook accordingly. Zapier is a great service that can handle Webhooks and let you email them instantly, daily, weekly, etc - or connect them to a TON of other services.

Slack Integration

You can integrate the Event Feed to a channel in your Slack so that all events are instantly sent to the channel and you can see all activity in real time. Simply click "Add to Slack" from inside the Events & Analytics' Integration tab and follow the prompts to choose which Team & Channel to connect to.

Want to limit the fire hose of events that might be filling up your Slack channels? Use the Ignored Events filter to limit the events that are sent to your Slack/Zapier setup.

Brandbot for Slack

Another Slack Integration we have is Brandbot. Brandbot lets you access your Brandfolder’s assets in any public or private channel. If you want to access a logo in your Brandfolder, for example, simply mention @brandbot and type in “find logo.”

Additionally, Brandbot lets you save images, logos, and other files from Slack to your Brandfolder. Simply tell @brandbot to “save” in the comments of a file that has been uploaded to Slack and it will create an asset in your Brandfolder.

Office 365 Integration

You can integrate the Event Feed to an Office 365 Group so that all events are instantly sent to the Group and you can see all activity in real time. Simply click "Connect to Office 365" from inside the Events & Analytics' Integration tab and follow the prompts to choose which Group to connect to.
