Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication is an optional but highly recommended security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Brandfolder account. Once enabled, Brandfolder will require a seven-digit security code in addition to your password whenever you sign in to Brandfolder.

To enable Multi-Factor Authentication on your individual Brandfolder account:
  1. Login to Brandfolder
  2. Visit the Login tab on the User Settings page
  3. Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
  4. Follow the steps by entering your email, and downloading the Authy app

Enterprise Accounts

As an added security layer, Enterprise accounts can enable a feature to require all users associated with the organization to enable Multi-Factor Authentication on their individual accounts. With this feature enabled, users will be redirected to the settings page so they can turn on MFA before viewing any Brandfolder or collection under the organization.

With this feature turned on, Owners can audit which users have MFA enabled by viewing the User Permissions on each Brandfolder.
