SSO (Single Sign On): Single Sign On allows users to authenticate and log in to multiple platforms using just a single login. An organization will typically allow this so the user only has to log in once and access services without re-entering authentication factors.
What is the Content Automation log-in process?
Our Content Automation platform enables users to log in via direct login after the user has set up their account with us. This will be the standard login for the majority of our clients. If an organization has the authorized single sign-on integration, they will have the option to log in via both direct login and single sign-on (SSO). Below are the steps to take to log in via either method.
How to log in via Direct Login
- Visit the web address of your account subdomain - [myaccount].outfit.io
- Type in your account email address in the email section.
- Type in the password you have created.
- Select Log in.
How to log in via Single Sign On (SSO)
- Visit the web address of your account subdomain - [myaccount].outfit.io
- Select the Via SSO option.
- Select the green Log in via Single Sign On button.
- This will transfer you to your company login page where you can log in directly.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I am having trouble logging in?
If you have trouble logging in, please choose the Forgot your password? link below the login button. You will receive a link shortly after you provide the email address linked to your account which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive a new password, the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? link will resend one to you.
If you have attempted to log in with the incorrect password too many times, your account will lock. You can request unlock instructions to regain access to your account by clicking on Account locked or didn't receive unlock instructions?.
