What is the Content Automation Account Switcher?
Within Content Automation, users have the ability to belong to multiple accounts using the same email address and password login information. A user will only belong to multiple accounts if this was set up by an Administrator during account configuration.How to switch accounts
- Navigate to the bottom left corner of the General Navigation Area. Here you can view the account you are currently in -shown next to a briefcase icon.
- Select the 3 dots next to your name on the bottom left-hand of your screen. This directs you to a menu with the option to Switch Accounts. Selecting this will direct you to a dropdown box with all accounts you have access to.
- You can now either search for an account or click on any of the accounts listed in the drop-down menu to be able to switch to another account.
- If you are already logged in, you can also change accounts by visiting the account’s subdomain. eg:

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I only see one account?
Only users with access to multiple accounts will be able to switch accounts. If there is an account you feel you should have access to that doesn't appear, please contact your administrator.
