Watermarking an Individual Asset

Administrators and Collaborators are able to add a custom watermark at the asset level. This watermark will be viewable on the asset as well as all attachments associated with that asset. When a user tries downloading, the watermark will remain in place.

1. Navigate to the asset modal and select Edit.

4. Upon refreshing your screen you will then see the asset updated with the watermark. As this is not always an immediate change, it may take a few minutes for this to appear.

5. When a user downloads the asset, the watermark will stay in place.

Note: The only accepted format for this watermark will be a PNG file. A transparent background and similar dimensions to the asset will provide the best watermarking results.

Watermarking an Entire Brandfolder

Administrators have the ability to add a watermark to an entire Brandfolder through general settings. If you apply a watermark to the entire Brandfolder, it means that the watermark will appear on all assets currently in the Brandfolder and all assets moving forward. The watermark will appear in the center of each asset when viewing within the Brandfolder. However, when an end user downloads one of these watermarked assets, the watermark will not appear.
